Washed Render Sand

Course grit sand has larger particles than other building sands and as a result, is a stronger, denser, heavier sand. This sharp sand is used for concreting/screeding, as part of a mix for mortar and as a base for paving. This washed sand is ideal for paving due to its low salt and silt content which helps prevent erosion and weathering of paving slabs. This sand is also known as washed river sand.
